What is Digital Health?

Digital health is a broad area encompassing categories such as mobile health, wearable devices, telehealth and telemedicine and it involves the use of information and communication technologies to address health problems and challenges faced by patients and society in general.

At DTU Health Tech, we develop digital technologies with the aim to enhance the efficiency of healthcare delivery and make healthcare more personalized and precise. We are focusing on various domains ranging from psychiatry to cardiovascular diseases and cancer.

We work with a range of hardware and software technologies e.g. wearable medical devices, biomedical signal processing, brain-computer interfaces, artificial intelligence, mobile sensing, remote health monitoring, and large-scale infrastructures for collection, management, and analysis of health and well-being data.
