SURE velocity imaging detects and tracks red blood cells to obtain vascular flow information. In this work, we have leveraged the recursive synthetic aperture imaging combined with a recursive nearest neighbor tracker to estimate the microvascular flow velocity. The SURE tracking pipeline is capable of visualizing the kidney's microvasculature flow velocity. The obtained microvasculature map is comparable to those obtained with ULM (using ultrasound contrast) and microCT. Find out more about SURE in the link below.
