The validation of microvascular imaging methods in ultrasound is an ongoing challenge. One way to create datasets suitable for ground-truth validation is through simulations. To ensure a realistic validation pipeline, this work proposes a graph-based 3D microvasculature for the validation of ultrasound microvascular flow imaging. The simulation is a full closed loop, with continuous in- and out- flow simulating arteries and veins. This then enables realistic flow simulation of microvascular flow.
